Lucas Craftsmanship Inc. built an addition, kitchen, bathroom, as well as completely remodeled the existing 1915 bungalow we bought in Houston Woodland Heights. Their team of men were very professional during the entire process. They were on time, quick to respond to any inquiries, worked well with our architect, came in on budget, and finished exactly on the date promised. Billy and Danny were present on site everyday and demanded the highest quality jobs from all their sub-contractors. The work site was kept clean through-out the project both inside and outside. They were respectful of the existing architecture and plants on the property. The family all has a wonderful sense of humor and made the six month project a lot of fun. They followed up after the completion of the project to make sure everything continues to be working to our satisfaction. Most importantly they were very respectful of my "overly-developed" attention to detail. Their fine work resulted in a beautiful, finely crafted home for my husband and I to enjoy.
