 Billy Lucas, craftsman, brings over 25 years of experience to LCI. Born and raised in the North East he has been hands on to every facet of the building trade from a very early age. He was mentored by his father and various quality builders in Northern NJ, learning work ethics and reliability, "exceptional quality", creativity and individual services. Relocating to Texas in 1991, Billy founded LCI and since its establishment, LCI continues to receive all their work through personal referrals. |
 Dan Lucas joined LCI in 1998. Along with a degree in business, he brought his talents of people skills, ingenuity, and insight, and added a new dimension to the team. Dan, now a managing partner, governs the business entity of the company as well as daily operations. Mentored by his brother Billy, Dan is also a craftsman in the trade. |
 Steven Lucas, guided into LCI by his brothers in 2005, has greatly aided in the relief of construction operations as field supervisor. Carrying a degree in communications, Steven is the administrative-field liaison and assures the execution of smooth daily operations. |
 James Burns, although not one of the brothers he fits right in. James hopped on board with the team in 2010 and has collaborated with Steven to ensure a seamless process in the field and on projects. His creative eye and skills at multi tasking and micro managing are a bonus for the group. |
 Gina Rodriguez, office manager with LCI since 2011, holds down the fort. Gina implements the funneling of the daily office tasks and client inquiries to guarantee that all assignments are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. |
